Hi I'm Michelle, a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach. I grew up in a household that firmly believed in healthy eating. Avoiding processed foods has served me well throughout my life but my metabolism changed as I got older. I wasn't sleeping well and my energy was low. If that weren't bad enough, stress and a busy schedule were causing me to make bad food choices. I knew better because I had a parent that was diagnosed with cancer and given a 2-3 month survival time. My Mom surpassed that estimate by nearly 7 years with a diet of nutrient dense, organic, whole foods that I helped prepare for her.
So why was I making these bad decisions?
I was busy, tired and unmotivated.....
You may be feeling the same way. Metabolic Balance helped me regain my vitality and I feel better now at 57 than I did at 35.
